It’s the truth – I do see myself as your advocate, but also your friend. One of those friends who tells it like it is. I will educate you and advise you on the market, point out your opportunities to take action, and let you know if I see any red flags with the direction you are heading.

I pride myself in utilizing the most innovative marketing techniques to assist you in selling or purchasing a home. I offer hundreds of distinctive online, print and multimedia tools to provide maximum exposure when marketing your home and truly set it apart from the rest. I spent 36 years in the marketing sector and 16 years of commercial print before moving to real estate which is an edge I bring to home sellers.

When it comes to negotiating, you can think of me as the velvet tiger – advocating for your wants and needs, but in a way that is effective and promotes a positive transaction for all involved. I have acquired my MCNE, Master Certified Negotiation Expert because negotiating is such a strong component of my business philosophy.

I have worked for a number of builders around the Puget Sound and am very comfortable with new construction. I network with various Chambers of Commerce, Master Builders, and a Realtor Mastermind Group, so I learn about innovative new home projects on the horizon – a clear benefit to those considering a new construction upgrade!

I also have worked as a relocation specialist and understand the excitement and challenges that come with relocating to a new area. I have a number of tools available to help with that transition.
